Tract 6002 G Landscape Renovation Project
The Association will be starting a landscape renovation project in Tract 6002G. The purpose of the renovation is to enhance key areas of this tract as well as provide significant savings in water bill costs to homeowner's in that tract. Below are the "before" and "after" images. The "after" photos were superimposed with plants by the landscape architects. The project will begin September 1st. For the first six weeks the turf will appear brown and dead as the initial application takes place. Please do not walk pets through areas marked with renovation signs.

The modified weight room will be CLOSED Sunday, 9/5 and Labor Day, 9/6
The Last Pool Party of the Summer Is Right Around the Corner...
Monday, September 6th is our last Champagne Brunch and Pool Party. Complimentary tickets for the Champagne Brunch are available now at the Beach & Tennis Club front desk. The last day to pick them up is Friday, September 3rd. The event is free for members and $5 for all guests 11 yrs. and older. (Annual Guests passes may not be used for this event.) The event is sponsored by Professional Community Management of California Inc. and Prendiville Insurance.
