The Property Services Department maintains continuous enforcement of all CC&R's and Rules and Regulations for the Association and physically monitors all aspects of landscape maintenance throughout the common areas. The Property Services department is led by Ed Olson. If you need assistance, please contact the Front Desk at (949) 837-6100 and we will direct your call.
Architectural Applications are handled by Lou Flores, Architectural Liason, and oversaw by the Property Services Supervisor. If you are interested in making any alterations to your house or your landscape, please be sure to pick up an architectural application from the front desk. The Architectural Committee meets on the 2nd Friday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Room. Lou can be reached at (949) 837-6100 x126 or via email.
Jerry Shahbaglian is now serving the Association in the role of Property Services Coordinator. Jerry will be working closely with Property Services Supervisor Ed Olson taking care of the CC&R violation process. Jerry is available to answer any questions you may have about the Rules & Regulations and the CC&Rs. Eucalyptus Tree Trimming Permits
If you are planning on pruning or removing an Eucalyptus tree during the Moratorium (April 1st through October 31st) please fill out the following form. This form will need to be returned to Ed Olson, Property Services Supervisor who will turn in into the City of Lake Forest for approval.
